Please contact me if there is anything that I can help you with. I have tried to think of everything that you may need, but it is always a continual work in progress!! I will email/message out the full online house manual to you once the booking is confirmed and paid for, this will include the wifi and front door keyless entry details for you. You will get this 3 days prior to arrival.
Check in time is 3pm and check out is 10am. Cleaners will arrive strictly at 10am before next guest checks in at 3pm.
Please treat the space with respect, and leave it as you found it.
Be considerate to the other residents living in the area by being courteous and keeping the noise down after 9pm.
Please report any breakages or damage during your stay or if you notice anything amiss upon your arrival so that it can be attended to right away.
PETS must be under 12kg
I love white towels, my guests love white towels too!! Please help me to keep them white. Please don't use them to remove make up or fake tan.
Watch very young children - there are stars and some sharp furniture and in some cases balconies! Feel free to use the laundry facilities including the washer/dryer when needed, and the cleaning equipment for spills etc. There is a vacuum and mop in each house for longer stays. Any stains to furniture/carpet/towels/sheets must be removed professionally and will be charged accordingly. ($100 call out fee is standard for most stains)
Do not move or rearrange furniture it must remain as in photos for the next guest.
Please park on the street out the front of the house. There should be a space, or across the road, but be respectful of other people's drive ways. If you are there on a Wednesday night please take out rubbish to the big council bin outside the garage to be collected on Thursdays. And if you could bring it back in that would be great too, so that you can put your rubbish in during your stay. (Copy where the neighbours all put their bins please)
No smoking at all in house or courtyard as it wafts into the house and other guests who are non smokers can smell it.
STRICTLY No events or parties. Please use as a base only if there is a group.
Please clean all dishes etc and put pots and pans away where you found them by the time you leave.
